WWE SmackDown episode of April 26, 2024, will start the WWE Draft 2024 with 16 stars set to be drafted to either brand. Additionally, Cody Rhodes & AJ Styles are set to sign a title match contract as the build-up for Backlash France 2024 event continues. Check below for more details, preview and match card for WWE SmackDown episode this week. 20 groups and individuals are up for grabs on night 1 of WWE Draft 2024 on SmackDown. It includes the likes of AJ Styles, Bianca Belair, LA Knight, Liv Morgan, Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, Sheamus and more. 16 names will be drafted in 4 rounds while the rest of the name will be up for grabs in supplement draft after the show. AJ Styles became the #1 contender for Undisputed WWE Universal Championship and set up a clash against Cody Rhodes at Backlash 2024 PLE. The duo will make the bout official with a contract signing segment.
