The August 13th edition of WWE NXT is set to be an action-packed night, addressing the aftermath of last week’s events while setting the stage for future storylines. Fans can catch all the excitement live from the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, FL, at 8 PM Eastern on USA Network. Last week on NXT, Oba Femi revealed he would be defending his NXT North American Championship, though his opponent was not initially disclosed. WWE has now officially confirmed that Femi will be putting his title on the line in an open challenge. Following RAW this week, Otis accepted the challenge, so the two are expected to face off this week. Duriing last week’s NXT, Wren Sinclair secured a victory that earned them a title shot for the NQCC. Tony D’Angelo will defend his NXT Heritage Cup against Charlie Dempsey in a British rounds match. The Supersonic Duo, Axiom and Nathan Frazer, are set to defend their NXT Tag Team Championship against Andre Chase and Ridge Holland of Chase University. Additionally, Lexis King will face Eddy Thorpe in a singles match this week.
