WWE SmackDown episode of July 19, 2024, will see Logan Paul returning to the brand amid the build-up for his match against LA Knight at SummerSlam 2024. Cody Rhodes accepted to defend Undisputed WWE Championship against Solo Sikoa at Summerslam before the beatdown he received to close the show last week. LA Knight presented the contract for United States title match at SummerSlam against Logan Paul. The only thing left to do to make this official is Logan signing the contract. Andrade was not happy when Carmelo Hayes interrupted his interview to claim that he was the star of Money in the Bank ladder match. Knight pinned Paul in a Money in the Bank qualifying triple threat match last month, and argued that he deserves a title match against him at SummerSlam as a result. LA’s argument was apparently successful, because now he has a contract for said match with his signature on it, approved by General Manager Nick Aldis. Now all Knight has to do is get Logan Paul to sign it too, and the match will be official for August 3 in Paul’s hometown of Cleveland. WWE announced that Paul will return to SmackDown tonight, but he is a coward who will almost certainly try to scheme his way out of signing the contract.watchwrestling.watch
